When to arrive

Students are expected to arrive on campus by September 3 2018 and can move into the campus residence starting at 10 AM. Let us know if you must arrive before so we can help you book alternative accommodation.

Arriving by plane

Please confirm your arrival details with us in advance so we can arrange to greet you and provide transportation to our campus.

Upon arrival at Chicago O’Hare International Airport, you should:

  • Proceed to the baggage claim area to retrieve your luggage.
  • Continue through customs and exit into the arrival area
  • Allow our Welcome Team to sign you in and facilitate your transfer to the school.

Lost luggage: If your luggage is lost or misplaced in transit, it’s important to report it to the airport authorities immediately and follow their standard procedure. If you provide them with your name, phone number and the address of your destination (either at Les Roches or an alternative accommodation), they can deliver the luggage to you once it has been retrieved.
